Biden ‘Will Be Impeached’ Over Report Linking Him to ‘Criminal Scheme

According to Georgia Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, President Joe Biden “will be impeached” as a result of a shocking revelation that claims the president participated in a “criminal scheme.”

The Department of Justice and FBI allegedly have a file that defines an alleged “criminal scheme” between Biden and a foreign national while he held the position as Vice President in then-President Barack Obama’s White House, according to a whistleblower, per House Oversight Chairman James Comer and Iowa GOP Sen. Chuck Grassley.

The whistleblower was referred to by Grassley as “credible.”

The allegations against Biden, according to Axios, are “the most direct allegation against President Biden himself.”

Greene says she actually has “evidence” to support Biden’s alleged “criminal scheme” in a video she shared alongside a copy from the joint letter by Grassley & Comer.

The said document, according to Greene, contains “proof and information that Joe Biden, as Vice President of the United States, actually interacted with a foreign national and made a deal with a foreign national in exchange for money.” The FBI and DOJ allegedly refuse to release the document, Greene alleges.

The possibility of impeachment was raised by Greene.

“Now on the Oversight Committee, because we have real subpoena powers, we have the power to investigate and we have the power to do what we’re doing now. And that form shows the proof that Joe Biden took a money payment from a foreign national in exchange for policy decisions while he was vice president of the United States,” Greene claims. “This means that Joe Biden will be impeached.”

Similar comments were made by Grassley, who also stated that the Committee views the whistleblower as “credible” in a Fox News interview.

“So the Justice Department, the FBI needs to come clean to the American people, what they did with the document, because we know the document exists from very credible whistleblower information that we got. We really need to know what steps did the Justice Department and FBI take to investigate and vet the document to determine if it’s accurate or not?” Grassley declared.

“If the Justice Department and the FBI have any hopes of redeeming their once trusted position with the American people, Garland and Wray must answer this subpoena and tell us what they’re doing with this information that we think is very credible based upon what whistleblowers are telling us,” Grassley continued.

This week, White House spokesperson Ian Sams tweeted about the story but did not specifically refute the accusations.

“For going on 5 years now, Republicans in Congress have been lobbing unfounded politically-motivated attacks against [Biden] without offering evidence for their claims,” Sams posted on Twitter.

James Comer, the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, has threatened to place FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt of Congress if the agency doesn’t turn over a document that his committee has subpoenaed and that allegedly contains damaging information about Biden.

There are suspicions that the internal, unclassified FD-1023 form has information detailing a suspected “arrangement” involving the transfer of money as payment for making policy decisions, according to comments made by other Republicans.

The committee stated that it will start a contempt of Congress investigation if Wray does not deliver the record by May 30.

Comer claimed that he is taking steps to limit the scope of the subpoena for the document in a letter sent to Wray on Wednesday. He has also added two other phrases, “June 30, 2020” and “five million,” which could be used in the record as part of this attempt.

Comer’s letter stated: “The FBI’s refusal to produce this single document is obstructionist.”

The FBI said that national security justified the action, but many question that response.

“The FBI’s mission is to protect the American people. Releasing confidential source information could potentially jeopardize investigations and put lives at risk,” according to the statement from the agency, “The FBI remains committed to cooperating with Congress’s oversight requests on this matter and others as we always have.”

A collection of documents provided to Congress on Monday showed the presence of a second IRS whistleblower in the criminal investigation of Hunter Biden, according to a story from the Washington Examiner. Just over a week has passed since the IRS terminated the entire investigation team that had been looking into the president’s troublesome son. Now, there is a second whistleblower.

The new whistleblower is a special agent in the IRS’s international tax and financial crimes branch and has worked for the organization for 13 years. Prior to his abrupt termination last week, he had been working on the Hunter Biden investigation since it was launched in 2018.

The new whistleblower said in an email sent to seven top IRS officials on Thursday, including Commissioner Daniel Werfel, that he was fired for acting in the “right way.”

“As I’m sure you were aware, I was removed this week from a highly sensitive case … after nearly 5 years of work. I was not afforded the opportunity of a phone call directly from my [Special Agent in Charge] or [Assistant Special Agent in Charge], even though this had been my investigation since the start,” the latest whistleblower wrote.

“I … have spent thousands of hours on the case, worked to complete 95% of the investigation, have sacrificed sleep/vacations/gray hairs etc., my husband and I (identifying me as the case agent) were publicly outed and ridiculed on social media due to our sexual orientation, and to ultimately be removed for always trying to do the right thing, is unacceptable in my opinion,” he continued.
