Massive Marxist disappointment for all of the proponents and enablers of radical George Soros and his leftist-Democrat schemes to ensnare President Donald J. Trump, a candidate for POTUS 2024, in the bizarre Soros purchase of America’s judicial system- to be used for lawfare against his political opponents.
The current situation for Trump looks bad, but even left-y Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) on Wednesday declined to say whether he has confidence in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg (D) ahead of an expected indictment of former President Trump.
According to The Hill, when asked if he had confidence in Bragg, Schumer answered: “Look, the bottom line, is — as I said — it’s premature to comment on what’s happening and we’ll have to wait and see what he does.”
Schumer is keeping his distance from speculation about whether Bragg will indict Trump for a $130,000 hush money payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels. Trump’s former fixer, Michael Cohen, has pleaded guilty to a charge connected to the payment but other prosecutors have declined to pursue charges against Trump himself, The Hill reported.
Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), who faces a tough reelection in 2024, warned that bringing charges against Trump may backfire on Democrats by making it look they’re using the courts to hurt political opponents.
That is how the majority of Americans see things.
“You should not allow the court system to be viewed as a political pawn,” Manchin told reporters Tuesday. “I think it would basically have the reverse effect as what some people would think, not for the good,” he said.
The Hill went on:
Republicans meanwhile, have trained their fire on Bragg, who has come under criticism for telling prosecutors in his office that incarceration should be a “matter of last resort” and they should only seek prison sentences for serious crimes such as murder.
The Crime Research Prevention Center found that prosecutors have been less like to prosecute felonies and less likely to pursue jail sentences for misdemeanors under Bragg.
And prosecutors under Bragg have won a lower percentage of serious felony cases compared to his predecessor, former District Attorney Cyrus Vance, Jr.
“Questions are being asked by a lot of our members and for that matter people all across the country about the prioritization of this DA of this issue over what are very current and real law-enforcement issues in their city,” Senate Republican Whip John Thune (S.D.) told reporters Wednesday.
Bragg is obviously playing to the leftist crowd; that is fairly evident.
The Uniparty and Marxist left wanted to see, and were so excited at the idea that Trump would be ‘frog marched’ around for the nation, as radical NY DA, Alvin Bragg was pushing for a conviction of Trump and ignoring evidence that Trump is innocent of the charges against him.
The left on social media wanted to see a Maoist-style struggle session to punish the MAGA leader for good over his audacity to run again on a bold ‘America First’ platform.
However, the plan took a beating. Media reports showed on Wednesday that Bragg was hiding hundreds of pages in exculpatory evidence; additionally, Bragg’s office recently received text messages between President Trump’s lawyer and Daniels.
“Both of these developments represent opposing curveballs—the former could potentially see this entire case dismissed while the latter could potentially spell trouble for President Trump’s legal representation,” Vince Quill reported about the unfolding situation, adding:
The latest thread in this ongoing story came today after the grand jury meeting was abruptly canceled—postponing a potential indictment of the 45th President.
Sources claim that the grand jury is unlikely to meet for the rest of the week—again, this comes on the heels of some extremely damning evidence against Bragg and the Manhattan DA’s office.
Speculation is running wild at this point, but the timing cannot be ignored—Bragg is accused of withholding hundreds of pages of evidence and the proceedings were almost immediately delayed.
Are we witnessing the beginning of the end of the sham New York grand jury case and a potential indictment of Bragg for prosecutorial misconduct?
Here’s what everyone is saying:
BREAKING: New York grand jury CALLED OFF today—further pushing back potential INDICTMENT.

The NYC Trump Grand Jury is not meeting today. The prosecutor cancelled the meeting. This could be for a variety of reasons:
1) problem with the witness, or,
2) strategic delay of indictment for security or other considerations, or,
3) some logistical issue came up.Since grand… https://t.co/waHebPZ0GA

Business Insider reported on details:
The Manhattan ‘hush-money’ grand jury has been told not to come in on Wednesday, a cancellation that comes on the brink of a possible historic indictment vote of former President Donald Trump, according to two law enforcement officers.
Hey Jo! The Grand Jury circus is cancelled again today. Do you know why? Because the corrupt and incompetent DA, Alvin Bragg, was found to have hidden 600 documents with exculpatory evidence. What a loser! He loses 49% of the felony cases he takes to court! 49%!!! Loser.

The Manhattan DA cancelled his planned arrest of President Trump when his final grand jury witness told the jurors that Bragg was hiding hundreds of pages of exculpatory evidence from them. Bragg is at risk of being charged with prosecutorial misconduct.

And while nothing beyond Wednesday is set in stone, it is unlikely that the grand jury will meet at all this week, said one of the law enforcement sources, who spoke to Insider on condition of anonymity.
Trending Politics presented one of the reasons the current case is shaky:
Costello said, “If you see the full picture, you know, listen, if they want to go after Donald Trump and they have solid evidence, so be it. But Michael Cohn is far from solid evidence.
“This guy, by any prosecutor’s standard, and I used to be deputy chief of the criminal division in the Southern District of New York, I wouldn’t have touched the guy like Michael Cohen, especially if he’s a convicted perjurer,” he continued.
“Not to mention, as I said, the 50 to 100 lies he [Cohen] told us that are in those 330 emails.”
