Court Orders Stormy Daniels to PAY Trump $121,962.56 in Attorney Fees

Irony is so ironic.

On the day of the most insane legal and criminal clown show the country has ever seen involving payments to Stormy Daniels, an opportunistic porno actress who was extorting President Donald J. Trump during his 2016 campaign, promising not to lie to the media about their NDA agreement, she is ordered to pay him a settlement after her other highly corrupt actions against him.

The left has assumed that because there was a non-disclosure agreement, that meant that the two had an affair- which Trump has denied having with her numerous times.

The porno actress did go on the hunt for more money and attention to awkwardly claim there was an affair to help the opposition party members assist in getting Trump to destroy, yet she offered no proof that any of the affairs happened between the two, and Trump sued her.

Then a corrupt anti-American DA, Alvin Bragg, picked up the story again and devised a plan to finally get Trump, once and for all, reframing the porn actress’s point of view.

Trump was arrested on Tuesday for something, which the DA says he doesn’t have to clarify, but that he had leaked to the media weeks earlier had something to do with the porno actress Stormy.

And now this new twist should humiliate the left- if they had any morals or integrity. But they don’t.

That is where we are in America today.

While the anti-American opposition to Trump’s America First agenda is celebrating the demise of our Judicial system in an obvious case of political prosecution that is very, very similar to a CCP Maoist-style struggle session, Trump is going to end up a little bit richer.

And this story adds to the overall spectacle of how deranged the Democratic voters have become.

While the activist court in Manhattan comes out as full-blown clown dictators, another court has ruled in Trump’s favor, and the irony is spectacular.

In what might be one of the most well-timed rulings of all time, the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals awarded former President Donald Trump $121,962.56 in attorney fees from adult film star Stormy Daniels, Martin Walsh reported for Conservative Brief with more details, adding:

The nearly $122,00 is in addition to the roughly $500,000 that she was ordered to pay him last year.

The ruling came down as Trump was in lower Manhattan, New York, on Tuesday afternoon and in the courtroom. He pleaded not guilty to 34 charges regarding allegations that he falsified business records related to Daniels’s hush money case.

Trump was indicted late last week by a Manhattan grand jury in a case involving his purported role in hush money payments to Daniels ahead of the 2016 election, allegedly to keep Daniels quiet about an affair the two of them had in 2006.

The U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling is separate from the Manhattan case.

Trump’s son, Eric Trump, posted the good news, and lots of commentary followed:

“BREAKING!!! the 9th Circuit just awarded Trump $121,962.56 in attorney fees from Stormy Daniels. The order just released. This in addition to the roughly $500k she already owes him.”

Attorney Harmeet Dhillion posted the legal documents in response to Eri Trump’s post:

Congratulations to President Trump on this final attorney fee victory in his favor this morning. Collectively, our firm obtained over $600,000 in attorney fee awards in his favor in the meritless litigation initiated by Stormy Daniels.

Donald Trump Jr chimed in posting, “BREAKING!!! the 9th Circuit just awarded Trump $121,962.56 in attorney fees from Stormy Daniels. Order just released. This in addition to the roughly $500k she already owes him.

LOL glad she’s out there saying her T-shirt sales are booming she’ll be able to afford to pay Trump! ”

Even though the judge had ordered that no cameras were going to be allowed in the courtroom, a photographer was there and got a photo early on and released it to the public:

The former president entered the courtroom after 2:30 PM in New York on Tuesday and minutes later the photo was sent to the press by photographers on hand.

Judge Juan Merchan ruled late on Monday night that he will allow five pool photographers to snap for several minutes before the arraignment but declared that no cameras will be allowed in the courtroom once the hearing begins.

“That this indictment involves a matter of monumental significance cannot possibly be disputed. Never in the history of the United States has a sitting or past President been indicted on criminal charges,” Merchan said.

Trump’s agenda includes returning power away from a highly corrupt Democrat party, which has been assisted by the infiltrators of the Republican Party, who together support, defend, and encourage a massive centralized government to steal from the American people.

Tother the “administrative state” have worked together to weaponize all three branches of Government against the American people and this court theater is payback for Trump not obeying them.

The judge said he “needed to balance other interests” and that no electronic devices will be allowed in either the main or overflow courtrooms.

Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz responded to the insanity: “The Democrat Party’s hatred for Donald Trump knows no bounds. The ‘substance’ of this political persecution is utter garbage. This is completely unprecedented and is a catastrophic escalation in the weaponization of the justice system.”

Missouri GOP Sen. Josh Hawley said about the lunatic Democrats: “Tonight’s indictment of Donald Trump isn’t about the law. It’s about power. Raw power. It’s the Democrat Party telling the nation they will stop at nothing to control the outcome of the next presidential election. It is an assault on our democracy, pure and simple.”

Florida Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz delivered a big update last week after he had a phone call with Trump.
