Kim Gardner, the troubled Democratic former prosecutor in St. Louis who was supported by George Soros, has reportedly vanished from sight.

Auditors performing an official state audit of the cases of the former St. Louis circuit attorney discovered Gardner missing.

In May of last year, she resigned from her post due to a broad outcry to her lax enforcement of the law after numerous accusations made against her. In addition to serving her subpoenas, the authorities are attempting to locate her as part of the ongoing investigation.

But the Democratic lawyer is nowhere to be found.

She must be hiding unless something terrible has happened to her. However, her disappearance has not yet been satisfactorily explained.

The Associated Press reports that auditors are unable to locate the former circuit attorney from St. Louis in order to finish the state audit.

The inability of auditors to locate Gardner is causing a delay in a state assessment of the St. Louis office responsible for handling criminal charges.

According to Missouri Auditor Scott Fitzpatrick, her whereabouts have eluded investigators.

In a press release, Fitzpatrick stated that auditors have attempted to get in touch with Gardner for a number of months, even attempting to serve her with a subpoena.

According to Republican Fitzpatrick, her whereabouts are still unknown.

“This is a pattern of behavior with Kim Gardner, who hasn’t shown a willingness to be transparent or accountable,” Fitzpatrick said in a news release.

“Without question, she knows our audit is ongoing and that we want to speak with her about her time in office, but she has made no effort to comply with our requests or respond to our inquiries.”

Gardner resigned in May 2023 after being elected as the city’s first black circuit attorney in 2016. Gardner is a Democrat. She belonged to a group of “progressive” prosecutors financed by George Soros that vowed to hold police more accountable, pursued the release of unfairly convicted prisoners, and attempted to divert low-level crimes to mental health or substance abuse treatment.

Using funds from Soros, similar soft-on-crime prosecutors have been elected nationwide, such as Los Angeles County DA George Gascón and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

Gardner took office as St. Louis Circuit Attorney on January 1, 2017, after winning election in 2016. He was re-elected in 2020 for a second term.

But the study shows that Gardner did not carry out her legally required responsibilities. The St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office saw a sharp decrease in efficacy as a result of the failure.

Under Gardner, there was also a sharp increase in violence in the city that is governed by Democrats.

The Circuit Attorney’s Office, which was formerly the busiest in Missouri for jury trials, suffered a sharp decline in the number of criminal cases it prosecuted while Gardner was in charge.

The city’s criminal justice system almost collapsed as a result of this downturn.

Furthermore, when Gardner took over the office in 2017, two dozen lawyers and more than one-third of the trial lawyers quit.

Furthermore, Democrats control this position.

When a young girl visiting St. Louis was struck by a young offender who ought to have been in jail and lost both of her legs, she eventually resigned from her position.
