As her husband Donald Trump runs for a second term in office a third time, former first lady Melania Trump will be appearing in public on numerous occasions.

“Trump and his family are so secure that he will become president again that insiders at Mar-a-Lago say he’s reached an agreement with [wife] Melania [Trump to step up top-tier diplomatic appearances in 2024,” the source told Page Six following the former president’s victory in a case before the U.S. Supreme Court last week, in which justices rejected special counsel Jack Smith’s attempt to get a quick ruling on presidential immunity.

The source continued by stating that Melania is now “feeling more sure of herself — as both her husband’s representative and her own position as a diplomatic figure after her positive reception at the Carter funeral.” Melania made an appearance at Rosalynn Carter’s funeral with other first ladies.

She recently gave a speech at the National Archives during a citizenship naturalization ceremony.

“Melania realizes it’s her time to join the ranks of historic first ladies and leave her mark on history… She feels better prepared for her potential role the second time around,” the source told Page Six. “The immediate family, including Melania, is solidly behind the former president.

”Page Six also revealed that an additional source claimed Melania attended a Patriot Awards ceremony at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach.

“They were both in great moods,” the source said of the former first couple. “Melania was going around greeting everyone.”

Page Six added: “We hear the Donald gave a speech at the Helping A Hero event to raise money for military vets, and was even joking about his classified documents case.”

She “renegotiated her prenuptial agreement with Donald Trump in advance of his possibly serving a second term in the White House,” according to people who talked with Page Six. Melania and her advisors have been discreetly working to negotiate a new “postnup” between herself and Donald Trump for the past year.

According to sources who spoke to Page Six at the time, she “renegotiated her prenuptial agreement with Donald Trump in advance of his potentially serving a second term in the White House. Over the last year, Melania and her team have been quietly negotiating a new ‘postnup’ agreement between herself and Donald Trump.”

“This is at least the third time Melania has renegotiated the terms of her marital agreement,” the source said while adding that it is not because she plans on leaving him.

“Melania is most concerned about maintaining and increasing a substantial trust for their son, Barron,” the source said.

The source said that the renegotiated prenup also provides for her and involves money and property.

A different source told Page Six: “I know that she wanted it to provide her with more money, and also — from what I understand — there’s a specific amount at minimum that Barron is supposed to obtain.”The first source claims that the necessity for the pact to be renegotiated stemmed from both the potential for Trump to run for president again in the future and his growing legal troubles.

“This agreement was necessary because of the current legal battles … [Donald] has suffered,” the first source said, which includes a potential payout in New York Attorney General Letitia James’ $250 million civil case against the former president and his Trump Organization, as well as a court order that requires him to pay $5 million to author E. Jean Carroll for defamation, which he is appealing.

“Trump remains very rich, but with mounting legal bills and judgments,” and the renegotiated prenup would “provide a more solid future” for Melania and their son should the couple split, one of the sources said.

“It’s not that she threatened to leave him,” the source cautioned. “It’s the underlying idea.”
