Whistleblower: Hunter Biden Avoided Paying Millions in Taxes from Ukrainian Deals

Hunter Biden was allegedly recommended for many felonies by the IRS, according to whistleblowers, on Thursday, according to House Ways and Means Chair Jason Smith (R-MO).

The probe into Hunter Biden’s dealings began in November 2018 as a result of a related IRS investigation.

“The investigation was in the ordinary course of work at the IRS. It was not ordered by any individual, any chairman or any political entity,” according to Rep. Smith.

Hunter Biden was recommended to face the following charges by the IRS:

  • Tax evasion or deception attempts which are felonies.
  • False statements or fraud which are also felonies.
  • Willful neglect to provide information, file returns, or pay taxes.

The estimated $2.2 million in unreported global income tax from Ukraine, Romania, and China, totaling $17.3 million from 2014 to 2019, is covered by these tax offenses.

“Mr. Biden personally received $8.3 million,” Rep. Smith continued.

Hunter received a preferential deal from Joe Biden’s crooked DOJ instead of being charged with felonies for tax evasion and making false statements to the government. Two misdemeanor charges against Hunter for unpaid taxes from 2017 and 2018 were brought against him.

On Tuesday, news website Trending Politics published fresh details about the dubious international strategy that Hunter Biden used to cheat millions of dollars in taxes.

In the House Ways and Means Committee’s revealed testimony of Hunter Biden’s business dealings, the second whistleblower, an anonymous lead IRS case agent, detailed the intricate tax evasion plot allegedly involving Hunter Biden.

According to the whistleblower, Hunter intentionally avoided paying millions in taxes. The complex scheme reportedly included the Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma, where Hunter was a board member, and an associate from a Chinese business.

In 2014, when Joe Biden was serving his second term as vice president in charge of Ukraine policy, the Ukrainian natural gas company put Hunter Biden on its board of directors. The whistleblower stated that Hunter Biden received $666,667 from Burisma for little or no work, and instead of reporting it as income and paying taxes on it, he put the money into a Chinese firm run by one of his associates. The associate then “loaned” the money back to Hunter Biden.

This is yet another method the Biden Crime Family defrauded the IRS and concealed its nefarious international business dealings. And they’ll probably get away with it unless Republicans start the impeachment process right away.

In an indirect sense, former president Trump may have some influence on what happens to Hunter Biden regarding a plea agreement he got with federal prosecutors last week.

Biden made arrangements to enter guilty pleas to two tax-related misdemeanors and a charge involving an unauthorized weapons purchase, which is typically a felony. Others who had engaged in similar crimes, in this case giving false information on a federal background check form, have received prison sentences.

Of course, this is Democrat Joe Biden’s son.

The plea agreement was made through David Weiss, the U.S. attorney for Delaware, whose office claimed it is still looking into Biden’s gun acquisition. In a statement, Weiss pointed out that “from on or about October 12, 2018, through October 23, 2018, Hunter Biden possessed a firearm despite knowing he was an unlawful user of and addicted to a controlled substance.”

Regarding the tax fines, for the years 2017 and 2018, Biden failed to pay income tax on incomes of approximately $1.5 million annually. CNN stated earlier this week that Biden would show up at some time to enter a guilty plea to the charges.

“Hunter will take responsibility for two instances of misdemeanor failure to file tax payments when due pursuant to a plea agreement,” according to his attorney Chris Clark.

Clark continued, “A firearm charge, which will be subject to a pretrial diversion agreement and will not be the subject of the plea agreement, will also be filed by the Government,” and that Hunter Biden “believes it is important to take responsibility” for errors he claimed were “made during a period of turmoil and addiction in his life.”

A “pretrial diversion agreement” means that Biden is unlikely to receive any jail time and is more likely to receive probation. It this now goes before Judge Maryellen Noreika of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, who Trump appointed in December 2017. In August 2018, the Senate gave her its approval when it confirmed her. The plea agreement for the tax charges is also quite contentious.

The judge has mandated that Hunter be present in court on July 26, according to ABC News. The plea deal he and the Department of Justice reached will then be presented to her for acceptance or rejection.

She has provided money to political candidates from both of the main parties, according to ABC. They include Hillary Clinton, the late John McCain, Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum, and Republican Senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas.

President Trump reacted to the news of Hunter’s plea deal almost immediately on Truth Social, stating:

“Wow! The corrupt Biden DOJ just cleared up hundreds of years of criminal liability by giving Hunter Biden a mere “traffic ticket.” Our system is BROKEN!”

Hunter Biden’s attorney, Christopher Clark, was interviewed after the plea was revealed.

In his statement, Clark stated that he anticipated Hunter Biden would be “released without any conditions.” He did acknowledge that the judge will ultimately decide how to proceed.
