Retail giant Target, which previously enjoyed the distinction of being the go-to store for everything for the urban crowd, has been pushing the limit with its children’s lines of pro-trans and pro-gay clothing. The backlash from the public has Target at a disadvantage financially, as the corporation has lost over $13 billion since the displays went up, Fox Business reports.
The public and parental outcry over the prominently displayed clothing for kids has prompted some Target locations to move the kid’s display to the back of the store rather than the front, but despite losing enormous amounts of money, they have not removed the items.
Subsequently, the response from the LGBT community to Target bowing to the voice of their consumers has put the stores in between the proverbial rock and hard place businesswise. But now the cat is out of the shopping bag.
It is now apparent that Target’s woke efforts do not end with pushing sexually explicit swimsuits and other questionable products to minors. Reports reveal they also condone organizations that loathe Jews, the U.S. military, and Mount Rushmore.
Fox News revealed that Target’s nonprofit foundation, which is directed by the retail giant’s senior corporate treasurers, funds an organization called NDN Collective. NDN Collective is a Marxist organization that pushes a number of anti-military, anti-Semitic, and anti-white causes. This includes shutting down and giving away Mount Rushmore and other public lands to “truly dismantle white supremacy.”
Here is what NDN Collective says in full about Mount Rushmore:
The closure of Mount Rushmore, return of that land and all public lands in the Black Hills, South Dakota is our cornerstone battle. Not only does Mount Rushmore sit in the heart of the sacred Black Hills, but it is an international symbol of White supremacy and colonization.
To truly dismantle white supremacy and systems of oppression, we have to go back to the roots. Which, for us, is putting Indigenous Lands back in Indigenous hands.
The organization also casts the U.S. military as the villain in regards to Mount Rushmore:
The U.S. military is in the explicit business of taking land away from communities all around the world and using their presence on their land to carry out their own agenda for the inhabitants of that area. Violence is fundamental for the U.S. to maintain its presence, and the military is how they establish dominance domestically and internationally, wherever they may be.
The origin of the U.S. military and police is rooted in the establishment of informal militias composed of newly arrived settlers looking to make money and own land. The purpose of these informal militias however was not to keep the police or protect citizens, but to clear the land of as many Natives as possible by killing indiscriminately, and catching runaway enslaved Africans.
Ignoring the facts surrounding the safety of the nation in which the organization is able to function, the NDN also wants to “demilitarize” America’s military, claiming that “violence is fundamental for the U.S. to maintain its presence.”
NDN Collective is globally attacking not only American, but also it’s ally Israel, the only Jewish country in the world. Blatantly stating that, “from the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free,” NDN is in tune with Hamas and other Palestinian terrorist organizations who use this as code for wiping Israel off the map.
As Fox News notes, NDN Collective wants help to fulfill this evil mission with boycotts and sanctions against Israel to push the country into poverty and also by flooding it with Palestinian “refugees.”
Previously apparently in tune with the patriotic feelings of the general public, Target stated in 2020, “If you or your loved ones are serving or have served our country, we share our heartfelt thanks—today and always.” But just a few short years have revealed the underlying mission of the corporation by exposing their support of such anti-American initiatives.
Target, who had announced that they would “adjust” their Pride merchandising plans due to the consumer outrage in order to avoid a “Bud Light situation,” is facing fire from the Pride community over that decision, FOX reports.
LGBTQ advocate Heather Hester told Fox that Target is participating in “rainbow capitalism” and stated, “Really what Target ultimately did was show that they were in this just for the money.”
Observers of the entire situation know that retail is indeed about the dollars, and are noting that the Target consumer base seems to carry more buying weight than the Pride individuals, but the underlying issues regarding the donations Target makes to NDN Collective and indeed any other anti-American group is and will be a huge factor for consumers now that that information is public.
The month of June, designated as PRIDE Month, is subsequently revealing the support of retail giants such as Target and Anheuser-Busch and businesses like the LA Dodgers toward LGBTQ…and let the dollars fall where they may.
